Default Help w/Torque log

I got a tank of bad gas (moisture condensation I guess) at my regular fill-up place this week. I immediately experienced rough running within a few minutes. Since I have my cubby tablet running Torque, I immediately ran fault scan which showed the P0300 & P0272 codes. I also have realtime display which includes AFR & timing advance gauges and these were erratic as hell.

I took it to dealer who confirmed my diagnosis and drained & cleaned the tank. I picked it up today and it seems to be running fine; but I'm still getting P0300 code even after clearing and driving for an hour or so. The log is reporting no current or pending faults and that the P0300 is a historical one; but when I've previously cleared the codes from Torque it removed them all.

I'm not detecting any driveability problems, looping test scan is not picking up any issues, AFR is reasonably stable; but the Timing advance is much more erratic than I was expecting. Here is the display screenshot. I realized that I don't really know what is normal for TA; but I'm seeing it fluctuate quickly from +10 to +55. The highest & lowest recorded values are -7 to 63.5. I assume that this measurement is normalized units and not actual degrees as I can't imagine timing being advanced 63.5 degrees from TDC. If anyone can explain this measurement I would appreciate and also to know what's normal.

Oh, and I should add that the service station where I got the bad gas has promised to refund me for my gas & repairs.
