I am definitely considering going to the Atlanta or the Ocala event. Looks like it would be a lot of fun.

I posted in a different thread before that I got over 130 mile when my car was stock. I shifted into 5th before crossing the finish line. Also got 125 in a different run. Then I stopped going and opted for road courses ;)

Ours is a competition and it is dominated by porsche as all NA 6 Cyl are in one class. So, I will not go if I cannot win and they will not give me enough run to justify all the fees and time I spent. At least I know how fast my car can do the half mile.

I got 8 runs that day, and then left, could have gotten a couple of more, since it was thinning out...

Just make sure you get on the mailing list the events close out rather quickly.. Sometimes within hours...
