wow ...good stuff ...good stuff. Now your car does 12.8 at the track ...what did the torque app read? best I've got using that app was 13.8 and I just did that like 30 mind ago

i only did a couple compares but i ran a 13.1 and torque reported 13.7

another was high 12.9 torque reported 13.6

once it was that far apart i stopped using torque for qtr mile except to record.

im testing an app now PerfExpert, like 12 bucks on android and it seems very accurate on the 0-60 so far, consisten 4.5s mostly. cant compare qtr mile yet, and it'll measure flywheel horsepower ehich to keep my speed down i tried 2nd, reported 389bhp which is probably close. gonna try a third gear pull to see but 5his perfexpert app is intriguing if you 12 bucks to blow on playing around. its calibration it does on your accelerometer is damn precise. wow. long message.

point, your probably much faster than what torque is showing.

Even if the software is really good at calibration and math and realtime issues, and even if your particular model of phone has a very accurate accelerometer... usually just the mounting of the phone is going to cause a lot of error. Unless you've made some kind of custom mount that bolts your phone to some hard metal on the car without any weasle-y joints like most phone mounts have.

i use the IBolt mount. had it for over a year, thing does not move. its hard to do qtr test on the street, 0-110 here i see no place to do it safely so just waiting to get time to visit the strip again.

with the torque nissan adv plugin i can monitor oil temp yes. i use it for an accurate fuel gauge and not the dots...

I have yet to get oil temp to work even though it says the PID is available. I do have the advanced Nissan add on as well.

How does this app compare to dash command, if anyone has tried that one as well?

Dashcommand is my favorite iOS OBDII app; I use it pretty regularly with an Elm327 wifi.
