Eibach sway bar install

I received a front Eibach sway bar today and I'm planning on installing it this weekend. My question is what setting should I put it in, soft or stiff? This

Default Eibach sway bar install

I received a front Eibach sway bar today and I'm planning on installing it this weekend. My question is what setting should I put it in, soft or stiff? This is my DD but I will also be using for a couple of autocross events each month.
