Hello,
Thinking of Auto X this spring. I have a chance to buy (4) Hankook Ventus V12 evo tires in 275/35/19 for cheap...which is my budget ! I would like to mount them on my stock 2013 Sport Pkg Rays ? Would this work even though my stock front tires were 245/40/19 ? Without rubbing issues ?
Thank You For Your Time,
Bill Miller

Haven't heard the best things about the V12's and traction/handling but the sizes will definitely work.

Thanks
I can buy (4) V12 275/35/19 for $300.00 with 8/32
I was thinking they might be a good tire to trash on the auto x coarse ?
I read above that 275 @ all four corners might help with under steer ?
Will they stick out past the front fenders ? I was told by someone, I'm going to suffer stone chips with this set up...

I wouldn't worry about stone chips. I daily drive on 275/35r19 Hankook RS3's. Awesome tire for dry, warm weather. Not so much for everything else. It helps with turning a TON, understeer is really cut down vs the 245f/275r setup. I also do the same for my semislick R888 on my Enkeis - 275/40r18 all around. If they're cheap, you're new to autox, and just wanna learn and throw the car around, go for it! When you want to start getting competitive then that's when you really have to sit down and think about tire choice and compound. For now, enjoy
