I don't believe the NASA CCR mentions roll bars for DE/TT and you need a full cage for racing... I don't think there would be any problem passing tech with either an auto power or rpm roll bar. The pic of the Auto Power roll bar is of their "street" model. I've seen pics of one with a nasa legal diagonal too.

I still think custom is the way to go though. ;)
