I'm currently running 20s and of course its more for show (Of course running 18s would probably be a better idea if I'm going to track it, but the thing is the frequency of me going to the track is at max 2x a year), but is it safe to run with them on the track? Fronts are 255/30 with rears being 295/25. Someone said the tires would slip out of the wheels and probably get me killed or my car damaged. I did run with low profiles before and I didn't notice anything going awry. Its not like I'm going to drift with them either, don't really care about the tire cost as that isn't really the issue at the moment.
Thoughts? Another question, base 18s are 18x8 and 18x9, 245/275 would work.. right? Last edited by EndyKwon; 10-19-2013 at 06:52 PM. |
