idk VIR but his entry line was really far over to the right, where as he probably should have been more mid track-he hits that enty on that first birm way to early it looks like(think he is trying to catch the vette). Maybe someone that knows VIR can explain better but it simply looks like a bad entry +too high of speed for that chicane+big heavy audi R8 = baja.

I've ran across this one several times. Been there done that.
He was carrying too much speed and slow input with the steering.
