Yeah don't use that brace.. but it's not the brackets that are the issue, those are plenty strong...

It's the fact that it's a 1/16th inch thick piece of extruded aluminum with styrofoam inside it.

Just a FYI, me and shovelman were talking about the robispec...because of the weight we believe its a thin wall so ill say again, even with the robispec I wouldn't use it. Use a roll cage only.

This is why you keep your airbags unless you have a cage. The airbags will help a lot with the seatbelt stretch (stock or harness).

Robispec knows what he is doing, he makes/fabricates a ton of stuff, I would definitely trust something made by Robi. Saw him yesterday at Streets of Willow!
