Continental challenge :Road America
Tomorrow is travel day back to cheese , bratt, and the land of the frozen tundra that is Lambeau Field.
Elkhart lake , Wisconsin home of he fastest 4 miles of blacktop Bryan Heitkotter will be back for the next two races with the team and I believe he will be pleasantly surprised at the changes to the #14 Doran racing Nissan Motorsports 370ZRC. Hopefully the biggest change is the large furry monkey that has been on our backs ... Won't show up again. ;) The action starts with the promoter test day on Wednesday and the race is on Saturday. Stay tuned for details |
Who televises this? A group of us are getting together and having a clutch bleed party sat (boiled my clutch fluid at my last event) but I want to DVR it and watch it later.
|
I usually find myself having to stream their races live via the Speed 2 website. The television broadcast is often the following weekend or later.
|
Yeah, Conti races are televised a week or two later at some ridiculous time (like 9AM or something).
I usually watch on Speed2 |
Good to know!

I've started watching the Continental Tire series on Speed because of your team. There is some pretty good racing going on. Those poor Aston Martins seem to have had some bad luck (crashes) lately. Best of luck, I'll be cheering for the Z.:tiphat:

Let's shoot that F!@King monkey!

P9 on the test day.
Still playing around with some things and still need to throw some tires at her. .5 would take us up to p4 Its pretty tight... And everyone in the top 5 put on new tires. Official practice #1 tomorrow at 1 |
Great start! Top 5 on the grid would be fantastic, good luck!
|
wish I could play at Road America :)
I use that course for quick tuning in my Shift II game haha. Straights are long, good elevation changes, nice mix of turns, brakes get worked. I'm envious lol. GL! |
Tear it up man
|
#2 after practice 2 today, way to go Doran!
2nd through 10th is less than 0.4 seconds. |
Today was good.
Practice 1 we were p4 but only .17 behind p1?? Its tight but it looks like we are better on longer runs with crapier tires than mos the field. Fingers crossed |
