Ok, I have come to realize that the track here just sucks really really really bad and that is why my times have been as bad as they are. I

I went to one up in Norwalk, Oh and run about 1/2 a second faster. Are there any good strips that actually prep the track well on the East Coast, NC,SC,VA,Ga?
