If you want to fully disable TC, you need to open up your center console and disconnect the cable to the Bosch Modulator. You can set up a switch if you like but what I intend to do for easy access is just pull out the cup holder and dremel off the plastic that's in the way which will give you access to connecting/disconnecting the modulator anytime. Once that's disconnected, you don't have VDC, TC, or ABS.

[QUOTE=G37Sam;2445271]Did you do anything to disable traction control? Are you going to increase steering angle?[/stock angle for now unfortunately there are no longer inner tie rods or spacers

I see. I guess all that's left is a hydraulic e-brake :)

Right. Thats the biggest problem. No two caliper rear setup. And with the ABS pluming its gonna be impossible to plug in a hydraulic hand brake

Stock ebrake does suck but there are some options if you want a stronger ebrake.
1. Easiest and cheapest option is to upgrade your drums to projectmu shoes. These dont melt and have a cold bite for instant lock. 2. If you are serious about a dual caliper setup, you can have someone make one for you. Look up a guy named George Marstanovic, he may be able to help. There are several kits made for the 350z which the setup looks very simliar to the 370. I wouldnt be surprised if it works on both. My buddies at Slideshop Motorsports have created one that I was going to test but haven't got around to doing this. 3. Dont use the ebrake technique and just clutch kick your way around the course... My favorite option :D |
