I considered the ramifications of doing this after one of my speed sensors wiggled slightly too far away from the part of the spindle in the rear where it senses rotation. It gave me the 3 lights, and I noticed that not only did I lose VDC but also the traction control. That's when I started considered altering this while autoxing because it would give me total control of the vehicle.
The only issue is that the diff I put in my car is a Quaife... which could potentially benefit from some added braking on the slipping wheel because that's going to actually give me more of a benefit than a speed-sensing differential. I'd love to have the option of turning off the part of the car's control system that goes to the throttle, but leave on the parts that actively apply brake pressure. Perhaps that will be one of the next steps? Is this laughable or actually an option once you break into the car's ECU? Has anyone considered it?

Some do some don't. But my reliably source has proven this fix for themselves on the dump and track. And when a unit retards timing, get it out.
