Default Track Setup for KW V3s

My car will be getting exposure to HDPE courses majority at Laguna Seca (Salinas, CA) & Thunderhill (Willows, CA).
I'm leaving for track at Laguna Seca this Saturday, any advice would help. I kind of want something more aggressive than KW V3's recommended setting.

My Current setup:
Sway Bars: Stock OEM
Wheels/Tires: Stock Rays F: 19x9 w/ RE-11 245/40R19 R: RE-11 285/35R19
Ride Height: F: 27..125"/26.875" R: 27.625"/27.25"
Camber: F: -2.9/-2.8 deg R: -1.8/-1.8 deg
Toe: F: 0.01/-0.01 deg R: 0.10/0.11 deg

Current KW Setting:
Rebound: F: 9 Clicks from full stiff R: 9 Clicks from full stiff
Bump: F: 1 Turn (1 full revolution/4 screw holes count) from full stiff R: 1 Turn from full stiff

Somebody recommended that I should have:
Rebound: F: 7 Clicks from full stiff (2 click stiffer) R: 8 Clicks from full stiff (1 click stiffer)
Bump: F: 2 clicks stiffer (I suppose that means 1/2 turn from full stiff) R: 1 Turn from full stiff (Leave alone)

Somebody else also recommended that I should dial up the bump in front because of high speed to take some load off the rear but I don't know how that translate to dialing in my suspension.

Note: The higher the # turns / clicks means the softer the rebound/bump.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I doubt you will be able to tell just one or two clicks more stiff but you might as well try it. You really need to look into swaybars.

As for the clicks adjustments in terms of the direction I'm tuning it, I am improving it right and not making it worst? (Even if it's minor noticeable)
-Dial up (stiffer) more bump and rebound for front
-Dial up (stiffer) more rebound for rear.

Yes, I was told that I should get some sways for my car. Does it have to do with KW V3 Coilovers are still considered relatively soft?

Unfortunately I won't be able to get them in time. I was hoping to get some Hotchicks or Whiteline after this track day. I can't tell the difference between both of them as I read really great reviews for both. Any advice on either of them would be great.

Yes I think you will be improving it by going stiffer on track. If you start to feel your car skipping over the bumps you will know you have the bump to high. I doubt you will get there however with just a couple more clicks than what you have now.

I have the Stillen and I run both front and rear all the way stiff and I think I could go a lot stiffer on the front and a little more stiff in the rear. Going just by specs I think the Eibach will be the best choice for me as they will get the stiffness I think I want and yet they are also lighter than the Stillen.

Thanks for the help. You're right, I don't think I'll notice a couple of clicks but I probably will notice it if I go full stiff for both Bump/Rebound as oppose to what I have now.

I have tracked my current settings several times, now i'm wondering would you suggest that I go full stiff for bump and then dial it down if it does skip all over the track?

The KW V3 recommendation is only 1 turn from full stiff for bump. So I guess I could just go full stiff and see where that goes unless you think it's a bad idea. As for rebound, that's a lot easier to access at the track, I guess I can go stiffer from 9 clicks to 5 clicks from full stiff for both the front and rear.
