I'm going to try and build the same thing myself. Got all the parts from custom car grills.

They even sell a rubber gasket to finish it off. Total cost of parts was less than $100.

Hey, I am looking to replace the stock grill with an aluminum one. Someone pointed me to your post. It appears that you put yours over the stock and did not replace. Any input on how to access the grill, done from the top? Do I need to remove the bumper?

If you look at post #1. It shows me drilling 4 holes. 2 top, and 2 bottom on the outside of the opening. The bottom 2 holes are where the post on the grill go into. The top 2 holes are for the screws. you don't need to remove the bumper.

I have to do this i think... my Stillen 25 rows oil cooler core was hit by something on the highway and was broken now trying to see if i can fixed or go and buy a new oil cooler core

It's not OEM. It's from the Nissan Motorsorts catalog. It's a RC race item.
