I think everyone gets lost at first just try not to run over any course workers. It can seem like a sea of cones. Walking the course is a must but it will be different at speed. Ask someone with experience to ride along with you because that can help a lot.

Getting ready for KC region SCCA solo and am going to pull the trigger on some magnetic numbers. What size is everyone running and which would you all recommend between 8, 10 and 12 inch?

SCCA rules state 8" numbers and 4" letters.
Also our doors are aluminum so don't expect magnets to stick. Reuseable vinyl works well though. I've always had good luck getting my numbers from SPS Performance.

FP 370z could be interesting. Have to figure out how wide the porsche is right now and see how the size goes. Power could definitely be in the 400+whp range, just matters if the car can be light/narrow enough.

The Official 370Z Autocross Thread
My local club is doing an endurocross this weekend, each run is going to be 5-6 laps of the course. Should be a lot of fun, they do it once a year and this will be my first one.

Honestly, there were courses where Dave in his 914 was only marginally faster than my BSP car. Totally course dependent, but seeing as how I could make 100whp more and take about 250-300lbs out of the car it would have been a pretty even fight at worst. That said, when Tom O ran the 914 we were never in the same ballpark.

Here are my two endurocross videos. First run was pretty wet, second run it started to dry out and I was 19s faster.
