Square Setup 18x10 25mm Offset
 

Is anyone running a square setup (all 4 wheels the same size and offset) of 18x10 inch wheels with a 25mm offset? Are any modifications necessary? I currently run about 2 degrees of negative camber in the front.

Also, I have been playing around with the offset calculator at 1010 Tireshttp://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp and it seems that 18x10inch wheels with a 35mm offset would be perfect for our cars. Anybody have any experience in that size?

Yeah I think someone posted a setup with 18x10 +35 in rear using Weds Wheels. Staggered setup looks more agressive I think. Performance wise, I'm sure both setups can have their suspension tuned to drive properly and take advantage.

18x10 +25 will rub up front with decent tires.


I'd go +35 and run spacers in the rear.

Just got some 18" TE37SL's myself. While I didn't go with a square wheel setup I do have 10" widths in the front running a +30 offset. Just test fit them about a hr ago and they fit fine. fwiw I'm at stock Nismo ride height with factory camber settings. The tires are 295/40-18.

I run 18x10 +34 square with a 15mm spacer on the rears. No issues.

i run 18x10.5 all around, et28 front, et15 rear with -3 front camber and -2 rear camber. 285/35/18 sqaure. compared to my setup, 18x10 et25 sticks out 3mm less in front and has 9mm's more inner suspension clearance. and in the rear, 18x10 et25 is 4mm's closer to the inside suspension, and sticks out 16mm less. So in the front with your current camber and lets say a 275/35/18, you should clear but it'll be close, a et30 would give you more over head, or bump up your front camber closer to -2.5 to -3. in the rear i would run a 10-15mm spacer.

I run 18x10 +25 on my 350z with 265-35-18 front and 315-30-18 in the rear lowered on tein s techs with no camber and no spacers and I don't rub at all. I could probably fit a larger tire up front also if i wanted to. I think you should be fine. I believe you can fit a bigger setup in the 370z wheel wells than you can in a 350z also

In the rear, yes.

In the front, you can go more aggressive on a 350.

^350s run lower offsets in the front for the same width rim because of the front suspension design. The distance from the knuckle arm to the.wheel mounting surface on the 350 is less then the 370. A good example is 18x10.5 et 15 fits fine on z33 chassis up front, when 370 et28-30 is ideal for 18x10.5. The rear offsets and widths follow the same guidelines between 350 and 370.

There's actually a good bit more room for an aggressive setup on the 370z due to the substantial fender flare.

^yes more width can be fit in the rear of 370. I more so meant offset guidelines are similar between 350 and 370

For interior clearance, yes, although that's rarely a concern.


You'll want a more aggressive offset on the 370 rear to avoid the sunken in look.

Yes i know. Just trying to give the OP some info. Offset is also dependent on width. So yes u can go more offset for aggressive look. Or you can maximize width and have the offset proper for max body clearance under compression

And this is different between the 350 and 370....

So why even bring 350 fitments into the discussion? And in all honesty why are we debating how much rubber can fit in the back of 370s when all the op wants to know if his 18x10s will fit. Yes i get 370 has more rear width potential. Yes things are different but not as different as front offsets for proper clearance between 350 and 370.
