Default Track/Race only cars, what oil are you using

reading up a bit on the Corvette forum, and I know they are different types of engines, but its interesting reading, especially the white papers. Also through conversation with Anthony @ LG, I think I'm going to switch to Redline 40W race oil. He told me redline and motul race oils are both ester based.

Unless you plan on changing your oil very frequently (before every race weekend) I suggest you stick to the regular multi-weight Redline.

We usually use Motul 5w40.

Changing oil after each event is more important than brand. As long as you are using high quality synthetic.
