Best Autocross Brake Pads?

Sorry to cross post. I put this in the main Autocross thread, but realized it might not be as visible there...

So I started doing autocross this summer and realize that I'm really in need of some new brake pads. This car is my daily driver and my only vehicle, so I'll have to be driving this during the Maryland winter weather. I am thinking Hawk HPS, but I just thought I'd toss out this question to see what other people think.

HPS doesn't stop the car any better. They also dust like mad and they don't work in the cold or wet. Unless you are high modified or racing for money, get some stock pads and call it a day. You can only stop as fast as the tires and the oem brakes have plenty of bite to lock the brakes.

A really agressive pad is one of the main contributors to ice mode on these cars. Again, I use the OEM pads and progressive braking and it stops the car just fine. You go faster when you're not using the brakes anyways ;)

I used HPS on my autoX S14 and was very pleased. Good fluid probably matters more though.

Try EBC redstuff. much better than stock and much less dust

thay are ceramic so they might sqweel for the first couple of stops when cold. but once they warm up they make no noise
