Be sure to bring your Nissan, Datun, Nissan Motorsports and Infinti race flags. Patrick McGinnis (HKYStormfront) and myself will be heading that way to attend the weekend. Come out and find us. |

Hmmm... I really want to come down for this. Love to drive Mid-Ohio but I've never seen a pro race there. I wonder if the nearby hotels are all full...

hmmm

There is a chance that we enter our RC in the GTS class..... But dot hold your breathe.
Nissan motorsports had been working to get our same engine package approved for WC. I wish the thems running Z's in the series the est of luck as its a very tall uphill battle against the KIAs , Cunninghams Acura, and the Boss 302s with a larger restrictor than they have in Grand Am :( That series is greatly turning back into what yet were trying to get away from a couple years back. Again wishing all the Nissan teams success. |

Yes.... In WC I fear it's even worse.
|
Yes.... We know as its what we have been running.
But again.... I don't thnk it's enough. The Z isn't a car you can just take the restrictor off and make more power and torque. The Boss 302s make more power in WC trim than they do in Grand am.... Also the real uphill battle is against the turbo charged KIAs. They made a big jump .... But need to go higher.... And that gets really tricky. |
yea but it'll help :driving:
|
Yes it does

Due to the races, MANY of the hotels in general are booked up. Most hotels immediately around the track booked up months ago from what I understand.

Just received this from the event promoters directly. The Hospitality Area is only a short walk (over the Turn 1 bridge) from the transporters.
