FML, Broken again :(

Backlash is just as important as shimming. If backlash isn't set then basically the gears are slapping each other or forcing themselves to bite instead of a smooth engagement. Over

Backlash is just as important as shimming. If backlash isn't set then basically the gears are slapping each other or forcing themselves to bite instead of a smooth engagement. Over time the gears will get damaged. Remember that all these settings are set within 1/1000's of an inch for a reason.

I think they had to replace my gears, but I'm not 100% positive on that.
