i really wanted to go, but i have to work :(

Planning to go to Autoclub Speedway on the 25th (originally was going to do the Buttonwillow Clinic, but my friends didn't want to go to it anymore). Will probably save my money for the 25th, though this is pretty cheap. I'll see how crowded it is later in the week since I hear Extremespeed can get pretty overcrowded sometimes.

It's really not looking crowded this time, 27/70 spots taken. Right now I'm the only Z registered either day according to their site. Weather's going to cooperate- looking forward to some open track!

yeah, I signed up. I rather do big willow than horsethief mile. Mike is there a reason ur going there instead of big willow?

Just registered for autoclub speedway on the 25th. If the sign ups are low, though, this one will be a good deal.

There's a bunch of people i know going on the 25th, you should see some nice cars out there.

Didn't make it today. Super disappointed because Joel was going to let me do some Horse Thief and some Big. Wifey got sick and didn't feel up to dealing with our 8offer month old. Gonna try for Horse Thief tomorrow if possible. Martin I hope you crush 1:40!

Joel let me switch to Sunday so I'm on Horse Thief right now. Second and third gears getting a workout. There's a gray 370z doing blue man group. Gonna track him down between sessions.

I enjoyed it.. fun little track built just like a canyon and so just 2nd/3rd gear blasts up and down through gulleys. Ran a 1:07 on re050 which was only about 5 seconds off the times guys with Rcomps were putting down in Mustangs. The chicane before the straight was super fun- nailing the throttle in 3rd at the apex sounded amazing with 18 foot walls on either side. Righthand sweeper on turn 1 was a lot like Big Willow turn 9 minus the dip. I put two wheels off on the right side one time I went in too hot and Z saved me. :tiphat:
