Need infos on this toyo r888

I have 275/40/18 (Back) & 245/45/18 (Front) on the stock 18's.

225/40/18 for the front is too small a tire diameter and will drop the car about 1/2", but also increases fender gap.

About 1.6" difference in overall diameter vs stock.
