AutoCross Tires

I believe the Z is an awsome handling car, and I am very interesed in an autocross tire. My situation is that I dont track my car often, but also I dont drive my car alot compared to most. I have 4,200 miles on the car and I have had it for a little over a year. So my question is who makes a good autocross tire that is stock nismo size or close and can handle some moderate street driving as well. Yes I know these tires have to have a certain temp in them to work right, I have driven on them before. Basically I am looking for a (Autocross Tire) that can give me a little bit of milage. Thanks :tiphat:

Your best options are probably the Bridgestone RE-11 or Yokohama AD08. The next step up from those would be a dedicated r-comp tire but those you would not be able to drive on the street.

The V12 is a great street tire, I have them on my car for daily driving, but are too much of a compromise if you really want an autox tire.

I just picked up a set of Nitto NT05s for about $215 a tire. Awesome tire for price

If only they made Star spec or Ventus R-S3 in our sizes.
