Looking for tracks west of Syracuse all the way to Toronto, CA

Anyone know when Watkins Glen is open to the public for track days? Or any track from Syracuse going west (the whole half of the state from Syracuse). Not a drag strip an actual track. Even Ontario Canada up to Toronto...?

many clubs run at the glen, was just there last month. mosport is near toronto. there is a track in pittsburg. mid ohio
