I'd like to shave at least 1/2 sec. off; though my wheel/tires aren't optimal for best times.
I just want to see how it runs as is vs. the base wheel's & then looking to get a lighter set of wheels/tires for the dragstrip only.

Yes, 306 hp is in-line for the mods you had at the time. BUT if your car weighs 3400 lbs and makes 306 WHP - it would normally run about 13.00 sec 1/4 at 104 mph in decent conditions.
BUT, your car actually ran 12.66 @ 3400 lbs at a strong 110 mph which is more like 330 WHP in my opinion (and according to most drag calculators like quarter jr). So, I think it ran better than expected at the track! Maybe it had a really good driver mod? Have you dyno'd it since adding the cams, port work, headers, 3" intake etc..? Should really haul now..
