My car is a NON-SPORT touring model. No wing, only 18 inch rims, it needed lsd so quaife was added.
AAM true dual 2.5 cbe AAM 2.75 intakes (no insert, reqs tune) AAM 350z test pipes Z1 vqde35 headers Motordyne M370 manifold (great for hpde, seems to limit drag racing) Quaife LSD (bought for hpde events because i do alot) Tune from Hills Garage on dyno dynamics 308.9 whp (balt, md) I've no idea what that is on a dynojet. One thing worth noting, previous best was 12.880 with aam hfc and no headers so make of that what you will. Some people are making 308whp with just intake, exhaust, and tune.
Seems crazy when BoomSpoon probably spent around $5k in mods (if my maths correct), and some people are getting there by spending $1500. Sounds like he should've considered going supercharged to me P.S His dyno chart says "re-tune $250" .. they retuned and still couldn't squeeze more out of that?

One thing: Dyno dynamics
Those dynos are know to read lower than any other, everyone talks about Mustang dynos reading low and be heartbreakers but go spend some time on a dyno dynamics and you will truly cry. For example, bone stock with my Z I put down 240whp on a dyno dynamics when everyone else was easily 15-25whp higher on a mustang dyno.

The "re-tune" note i scribbled on the dyno sheet is making note that it will cost $250 to retune if changes are needed.
In the next 2 months or so at next maintenance i was going to have aam do some dyno pulls on it so i have a dynjojet # with the hills garage tune. At this point 308 is meaningless for comparison unless yours was dyno'd at hills. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk |

No idea. Checking youtube yields results all over the place. Some say %10 lower than dynojet while others say add 15 whp to your result.
I prefer to just say my z on syreet tires runs 12.8 something, rather say 12.7 but maybe ill go a diet from 230 and take out the spare and go with less fuel, half tank this time. its cool to correlate the whp to quarter time for the z but it still depends on traction, weight, etc that it kinda doesnt matter Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk |

Our numbers will be off because of 7AT vs 6spd and other factors, but I just feel like you can have much better dyno #s and track #s - With those mods, you should easily hit 315 or so
