I read through the first 5 or so pages and I have a question for everyone: Does this only happen around turns, or in complete straights? We write software for ABS modules, and lateral acceleration factors somewhat heavily into the algorithm. If this is an issue when primarily in the turns, I'm curious if disconnecting the yaw sensor would make this go away.
