Default NCCAR - September 18/19

This is the official thread for the Asphalt Ventures/rEvolution Performance College @ NCCAR.

Regular registration is now open, everyone is welcome!

Here are the event details:

After visiting NCCAR last December, not long after the track itself was completed, we new this was going to be an excellent facility on which to run Asphalt Ventures events. Originally developed for Lotus as an R&D facility, it then was re-purposed to an economic stimulus facility for the area. So in addition to being available to the automotive and educational industries, they opened the doors to the motorsport enthusiast as well.

Because it was originally designed as a test facility for the automotive industry, it is comprised of constant radius corners... thankfully however, they are of varying radii, and are arranged in such a way that the track is interesting and a challenge for all skill levels. It will provide an excellent surface on which to play and learn.
Asphalt Ventures events focus on quality. We strive to provide premiere events that stand head and shoulders above traditional driving schools and lapping days. While our events are priced a little higher than most driving schools, we feel that no matter what entry option you choose, you will leave our event feeling like you got one heck of a deal.

I will have both Chuck Hawks and Peter Krause again doing clinics and classrooms, so why not join us for this brand new track?!

We are using the deferred payment method again for this event, that means that you will be asked for your CC information, but it will not be charged until I process and confirm your entry.

So without further delay, here are your entry options:
Instructors:
* Weekend entry includes clinic Saturday, open lapping Sunday, one-student assignment only ... $125
* Saturday only option available, includes clinic and one student assignment ... $100

Advanced/Solo:
* Weekend entry includes open lapping Saturday, clinic Sunday ... $450
* Weekend option: DE Saturday, clinic or lapping Sunday ... $450
* One day options available for Saturday or Sunday

Novice/Intermediate:
* Weekend entry includes driver's ed Saturday and Sunday ... $400
* Intermediate level drivers option (at least 10 days of prior DE experience): DE Saturday, advanced clinic Sunday ... $450
* Saturday only options available

The advanced driver clinic (Sunday only) includes intensive classroom and on-track exercises designed to challenge and bring out the best in any driver. It's designed for advanced level drivers looking to take their skills to the next level.

The instructor clinic (Saturday only) is similar, but with the focus on becoming a better instructor. Every instructor I know preaches that everyone can learn something, but few have any access to learning more themselves. Asphalt Ventures looks to change that by providing continuing education for instructors. You'll have one student assignment, and you'll be in class with Chuck Hawks learning new approaches, and new theory on instructing and coaching that will enhance your abilities in the passenger seat. (This is NOT a "new instructor" clinic. This is for established instructors only.)

Because I really want to see more 370Z's out on track, I want to extend a special offer to The370Z members: $50 off! (Just use THE370Z as your discount code when you get to the order form)
