Incredible Driving!

He lifted in Eau Rouge. Fail. Before you flame me, it's a joke for those of you who know what Eau Rouge is.

Haha, only really slow cars and high downforce cars can make it through without lifting!

OMG!!! that Lotus video is iiiiiiiiiiinsane!! I'd like to know what he was using for tires? While everyone else was braking and coasting through turns, this guy was flooring it!!

On top of that, like someone else mentioned, no one traded paint!

At least play with tire pressure, alignment, and bar. Looked like fun though!

Hmmm, turns out the guy who posted the video claims to be driver. His name is Pascal Pandelaar. He was driving a 1965 Porsche 911 on 'classic' Dunlop tires.

Tires explain it all. Pressures, bar, etc won't make a difference on those things.

Ever seen the NASCAR stock cars during the bias-ply days? Drifting competitions I tell you!!!

They are tires built to the specifications of whatever the year they are representing. So a '65 "classic" tire is constructed in the exact same way as the actual 1965 tire was. They are typically hard as rocks with little grip compared to a modern radial.

If that car in the video was running on a modern radial racing tire there's no way he'd be sliding as much as he was.

Fun to watch, but not the most amazing driving ever. Spa is such an amazing track.

One thing I will give him tho, that man has balls. Sliding through eau rouge and the high speed left hand kink before the chicane (which ruined that part of the track IMO, 03 was better) is pretty absurd. Good car control too, looks like he's playing a video game without consequences haha.

I give him credit for his driving ability but that is absolutely a case of poor tires...Looks like his tires are made of wood...Notice how the rear end is sliding even when he's not on the gas...just like the NASCAR reference earlier, that is exactly what happens with old tires with no grip.
