Hope the track prep is better when I get down there looking to move to San Antonio this fall or next spring :)

It cut a 1.964 60 ft time.
Its also a 7 AT.

I'm envious of your times, very soon I will hit the 12 second club. Have you done any transmission upgrades to the auto yet?

im with Z eliminator. in that i have no trouble whatsoever launching this car. and im on 245s. this car is very capable of 2.0 60s in stock strim with stock tires. even more so with you sport package guys with the 275s.

Your launch is accounting for most of your 14.1 second time, followed up by shifting right at the limiter very quickly an keeping the car straight. It takes practice, but more track time will bring those times down into the 13's!

Another factor is gas, which I have found seems to make a noticable difference since some gas will cause KR more than others. It's all about the formula. My 07 350Z always ran best on QT 93. If it wasn't for the slave cylinder issue, it would have seen a high 12 stock. As it stood I had to feather it at no more than 2,500-3K rpms, or the pedal pressure would drop. Doing that though, it would run 13.1's pretty consistently and trapped as high as 109.03.

The 370Z should be able to beat that mark by a little.

Practice, and you will be happy with the results. Oh, and make sure to do a little quick tire cleaning burn out, for just a few seconds. It helps to bring the rubber up to temp and clean off all the crap that is stuck to your tires, before launching.

No there is no transmsion modes for the 7 At .
Im waiting for GTM to get me the torque converter. The 7 At shift hard the harder you push it, I try to shift at 7900.
