Doing an HPDE (level 1) @ Sebring, Oil Cooler needed?

I agree. I tried a Road Atlanta track event without a cooler and aside from the very first morning session, I could only get 1.5 hot laps before going into limp, and I even tried shifting at 6500rpm with similar results. Sebring is a challenging track with lots of accel and decel and plenty going on. It's going to get hot.
