That reminds me. I got to get more. Just wish it would come down in price.

I here ya! I have two bottles sitting on the self. Glad I bought the when I did. The other great thing about it is you don't need to change it more than once a year. I know some guys that track that said they change it every two or three years.

Thanks for the heads up

Should I flush it now or save the 150$ and do it after a year or so

If you are not experiencing any issues and your fluid looks clean you are probably good to go. Castro Racing SRF is always in demand so that is your first clue to its performance. If you can get it and have it on the shelf for insurance as it goes in and out of stock for months at a time and that is why I bought two bottles a while back. I just happen to be at a shop that was about the only shop in the nation to have it in stock and I was there when the UPS guy delivered it. That shipment was gone in two days.

I'm guessing you're comparing apples to oranges. Because Castrol SRF is top shelf. That DOT 4 fluid (ATE?) is probably 536F dry boiling point and likely around 375F wet boiling point. SRF is 590F dry and 518F wet. Big difference...

LOL, it may work fine until it doesn't. Regardless if it is overkill then so be it. My motor is over build everything and if it is good enough for the highest levels of road racing and I can get it and use it...I am all in.

Hit up Mike Upton on FB he sells a vinyl clear hose for the Clutch MC- reservoir that wont disintegrate and cause premature wear on your MC.
Oil quality is one of the main factors in MC life. Another thing after a good run is a pinky oil temp check of your reservoirs to determine if you need to switch to a better fluid.

I kind of hate switching multiple parts all at once since it'll be difficult to pinpoint the actual fault but for the sake of "while we're in there" I understand.
