7AT Uprev ARC Launch Advice

So I am curious what all people are doing to get a solid launch on a 7at. My average 60' is a 2.1-2.23 and I can't seem to trap over 108. My best pass was on a city street using a dragy and certified 13.01 @ 108.74 with a 2.19 60ft. Is the launch keeping me from mid to high 12s or what all could it be?

Also located in KS with an average 4k DA.
