Super minor correction, I was also running the Bridgestone RE71RS at Sebring too 😬

That's awesome driving and I can see several things to try and help me break out 2:18.xx where I've been stuck the last three events (2:18.33 this time). Hope there was no serious damage to your car.

Any of y’all going to be running with NASA midamerica this year? I should be out at OIR with them mid July and thinking about doing some others, hoping to see some other Z’s to hang out with!

nothing major, think i cracked a connector in the cooling system. Car was barfing water everywhere when I had the front end up. Drove home completely ok so nothing that will keep me sidelined for long.

Had a very rough day trying out the Z supercharged at ABCC this weekend.
I was too busy prepping the car and didn't do any sim time, and didn't get more than a couple laps per session due to overheating (93F didn't help but regardless I need more cooling), so my driving was VERY BAD. Did a much better day last year in my Exige there (no overheating) and was well faster, and the Z was already as fast or faster than the Exige at Blackhawk Farms before the supercharger. ABCC North DarkJak l Edward Ko l Maxxis RC1 l 1:12.21 l https://youtu.be/kvd71e3TYt0 ABCC Full DarkJak l Edward Ko l Maxxis RC1 l 2:49.83 l https://youtu.be/6IHq-kPC6wc (spliced is more like 2:47.58 from adding a section without traffic, according to the Catalyst) Will be going back hopefully later this year and have a car that can do more than 1-2 hotlaps at a time and have a self who can get more practice in before going.

Blew my motor first track day in early 2021. Built my own motor but ran into issues and needed to be pulled. Decided to throw in used complete engine for now from 2020 car with 18k miles. First track day in over 2 years. Very rusty but towards end of the day started to feel more comfortable. Motor ran great. ambient temp was 79F with sunshine. CSF triple radiator, no ac condenser paired with mishimoto racing thermostat. I could not get over 200F coolant temp in any of the sessions. I was so surprised. Oil was topping off at around 250F. Heres my best time. 1:14.06
