So if I am reading the rules right all I need to run in the stock class is my 75 member fee a helmet and a mounted fire extinguisher? Am I missing something else?

Nope, thats pretty much it. And I believe if you pre-register online there is a $100 credit for your first event, offsetting the licensing fee.

I don't know of anyone that makes a kit for mounting a fire extinguisher, but if you have any fabrication skills, I would make a bracket that bolts into the front driver's seat mount bolts so the extinguisher is basically under your knees. Easy to reach and out of the way.
