Harness Lap Belt Mounting

I searched but couldn't find a clear answer. For those that run a harness, how did you mount the driver's right side and passenger's left side lap belt? Also, did

Default Harness Lap Belt Mounting

I searched but couldn't find a clear answer. For those that run a harness, how did you mount the driver's right side and passenger's left side lap belt? Also, did you drill a hole in the floor for the anti-sub mount?
