Ross Bentley has a lot of good videos on the subject. He suggests focusing on EOB as much if not more than beginning of braking. Takes trail braking to the next level mentally.
Agreed! Heavy or threshold braking does not equal stomping or standing on the brake. Threshold brake can be done smoothly and quickly. Ross Bentley's stuff is spot on! EOB is the stuff that make you faster.
