Some helmets (Shoei xTwelve is one) have cutouts in the padding which allow glasses frames to pass through and over your ears more easily. It's much better in my opinion

Some helmets (Shoei xTwelve is one) have cutouts in the padding which allow glasses frames to pass through and over your ears more easily. It's much better in my opinion but probably more costly. Also, get glasses with straight(ish) ear hooks, or whatever they're called.
