1/2 mile run

Anyone doing this in January 21 2018 in Ocala, florida:tiphat:.200+MPH! Half-Mile Drag Racing On a Private Airstrip In Florida - Hot Rod Network What do you think the Z would do? My neighbor said about 130 stock? He going to run his Hellcat hoping for 150mph.:driving:

If i remember correctly soho motorsports did mid 150s in their shop tt 370z at the wanna go fast 1/2 event. A n/a z would be in 120/130mph range. Are you planning on entering?

I did wanna-go-fast a couple years ago in clayon ga, I think my pure stock Z at the time turned about 124-125... again, it's all about timing and shift points, but it was well worth it That event being talked sounds like wanna-go-fast, here is there web site

Looks awesome... I wonder what mine would do... maybe 150? Sure feels like it gets to 150 in a hurry but I am certain that covers a ton of ground.

125-130 rolling. I ran No Fly Zone Midwest twice this year, Bone stock in may with meh weather and a slight head wind and in oct with test pipes and a stillen cbe with a 30 mph head wind. My best trap was 129.xx both times. All these trap speeds are roll racing(1/2 mile+ 100'~ for pacing)

the 130.5 was my last run backed up to the end of the runway. With that much headwind the extra couple hundred feet didn't help much. Fingers crossed for better weather in this May.

Here is a drone shot of me about to get embarrassed by 1200 2jz whp

Well my neighbor only got 140mph on 50 degree day on rocky concrete in his 2017 hellcat. He had firestone 500 on the rear but could not get good traction. He said it was loose in 1st & 2nd gear and only the all wheel drive cars like the GTR did well. Is the only answer for traction using slicks. Is there a spray?:ugh2:

he had firestone 500, not a sticky tire to begin with.
