So much fun... actually to much fun because I wasn't paying attention to a couple of spots that the setup needed help in. After reviewing the data and overlaying laps with our ST3 350Z (which by every stretch SHOULD be slower everwhere, heavier, less power, less tire), the 350 was actually about .7-1 faster in 4, exiting 6, and mid corner in 7. I am running so much spring to keep the car from bottoming out in the fast high G corners with our giant tires and lots of aero, that it is causing a lot of low speed understeer.
Overall this car is about 4 seconds faster currently than our 350, but after looking at the data we have an easy second on the table if I can cure the understeer. We have more power on the table with the motor, and more weight to loose, we'll get there! Thanks for all the views and comments guys!
