MA Motorsports Diff Cooler Install
7 Attachment(s)
At ZDayZ. I won a MA Motorsports diff cooler. :happydance: When I get all my parts together. I will finish this install/thread. For now, a short write-up.
The diff cooler is quite the set-up. All brand name stuff. Tilton pump, Spal fan, Susa cooler. Never seen a diff cooler for a Z with a fan. The mounting bracket is top notch! Can't wait to install it. |

The diff cooler hoses is set-up for the stock diff cover. After talks with Daelen from MAM and Spencer from Z1. MAM are going to make hoses to fit the Z1 diff cover also. So I have the stock hose set-up for now. Dealen is going to send me the Z1 cover hoses soon as he gets them made. :excited:
What I'm planning is. Only pulling the diff once. And doing the Z1 cover, tap the cover for temp sensor, the diff cooler, SPL diff bushings, a new LSD. I'm going to wire the pump, and fan separately. I'm doing away with my cubby hole. Making it into a gauge cluster. Planning on diff temp, water temp, oil pressure gauges, with switches for the diff fan, diff pump, and yaw sensor. |
Hmm, I might have to get one of these..... LOL

Real pumped this went to you Rusty!
Once the "Post ZdayZ" craziness dies down, I will get all this line stuff situated and get this bad boy up on the site for new orders! Was great to meet you. -Daelen |

Wow, that is a real nice setup. I was planning on building something similar. Not sure if it is too much of an overkill. I just started this year going to HPDE's... not really competitive yet.

Picked up some of the electrical parts. 3 switches with lights. 2 red for the pump and fan. 1 blue for the yaw sensor. When the pump and fan are on. The red lights will be on. With the yaw sensor. When it is active, the blue light will be on. When I turn the yaw sensor off, so will the light. Also 2 relays with plugs, 2 fuse holders, and some wiring loom.
