ask suspension setting for track
i have nismo 370Z with KW V3 coliover and SPC camberkit.i feeling stock KWV3 spring its too soft and lot body roll. how is most 370Z spring rate for the track? and the how many click for the V3 if use KW

One thing you mentioned is that the car rolls too much. If that is the only subjective concern you have you could look into replacing the front sway bar with a stiffer unit.

Yup. From what I've seen, the track guys seem to really like a Hotchkis front sway paired with stock or no rear sway.

Bigger front bar will help out a lot with body roll

I know ive read this before but i cant remember. .what is the purpose of having the stiff front sway bar and removing the rear?

I have stiff set up both front and rear and now the car feels more neutral on track, with bit of understeer |
Conventional wisdom says, yes a stiffer front bar will increase understeer. In the Z's case, the stiff bar helps reduce body roll which in turn keeps a larger tire contact patch on the front tires giving you a better turn-in and ultimately, reducing understeer. At least, that is my layman's understanding.

The simple way to put it is that if add more grip to the rear you can over power the front and cause understeer. The options on the Z is to add more rear bar and make the back in more stiff reducing body roll and creating oversteer because it will break loose when at the grip threshold or you soften it up creating a similar situation. However the dynamics which cause the oversteer is different for both options based on the Z's geometry and your suspension setup.
