Corner3 Challenge Series
Corner 3 Motorsports is here to finally present a Time Attack series based in Southern California.
http://corner3motorsports.com/wp-con...001-800x89.jpg The goal of the C3 Motorsports challenge series is to provide an annual competition format for all owners of Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun automobiles. It is intended for all skill levels, but focused primarily on providing a grassroots, entry level competition to encourage owners to attend HPDE events. It can be defined as a “friendly competitive” series to encourage competition and to serve as an entry to learning driving and track day etiquette. It will also serve as ground for the latest Nissan models to compete with classic Nissan cars that are prepared for the track. https://c4.staticflickr.com/8/7128/2...2f109eab_b.jpg Whether you have a bone stock 370z, or a fully race prepped car, We have a class that you can be competitive in. https://c4.staticflickr.com/8/7695/2...6acf83a1_b.jpg We also have GT Academy Winner/Racing Driver Steven Doherty that comes out to every event for track lessons/driving feedback to help any competitor find every last second. https://scontent-dft4-1.xx.fbcdn.net...8b&oe=58908C95 http://static1.squarespace.com/stati...1458618058764/ Add to that our Contingency Program and our Trackside Support. https://c1.staticflickr.com/8/7573/2...97b5189b_b.jpg Add it all together:stirthepot:, and you have one of the best Racing Series in Southern California. https://c5.staticflickr.com/8/7386/2...1398801a_b.jpg The 2016 Season is coming to an end, But 2017 is just around the Corner! Come out! Some of the best drivers we have started with stock cars. The best way to get into it is come with your car track it and mod it as you go. It's one thing to have a crazy car that masks your mistakes vs learning how to drive a slow car fast.
On the Z's the only thing id change is decent pads and brake fluid. A lot of guys want the idea of coming in and being the fastest guy out there. You should come out wanting to learn and get faster and to have fun. Winning will come after that. This is one of the competitors Automatic stock suspension stock everything minus the Nismo aero he added. He is running Endless brake pads and better fluid. Thats it. https://c6.staticflickr.com/8/7399/2...399a0e5f_c.jpgcorner-3-motorsports-nissan-challenge-acs_24766730514_o by Corner3 Motorsports, on Flickr Here is a stock G35 getting it on. Its a series where you can start from the bottom and work your way up. We have instructors who will help you. Corner3 Motorsports that can guide you on your build and a bunch of guys that can help you out in the pits. Consider it a home for you to race and grow. https://c8.staticflickr.com/8/7273/2...2f146e84_c.jpgE16A2286 by Corner3 Motorsports, on Flickr |
Now that I'm back up and running, I'll be out there for sure!

So better pads/fluid and a oil cooler anything else?

http://www.the370z.com/track-autocro...ml#post3340713 Fluids first, though. You can tackle the other stuff in time, but you want good fluid in your brakes and clutch (if manual) before going on the track. Castrol SRF is the best out there, and won't need to be bled -- just remember to change it once a year or so. Have fun! |

For you guys who have the 7AT like me, word of caution...do not listen to the dealer when it comes to changing the ATF. If you track, I'd change that after every track day. If you have an oil cooler for the transmission, you can probably change it every 8-10k miles. |

I'm going to the Chuckwalla event on Nov. 20th. Call john at Corner3 and let him know about this post, He'll break it down and tell you exactly what you need. You really should come out. Look forward to meeting you! |
Brake fluid wise everyone uses Endless RF650. $40 a can. Other options are Brembo HTC64.
We setup almost all the cars so if you need any advice on a mod path you can always contact us for our insight |
You guys are on the wrong coast for me.
