Wheel Nets with a Heavy Duty 3,000 lb Break Strength / 1,000 lb Working Load
To use those straps I would need to get new d-rings added to my trailer (which I may do in the future).

I did add a cloth between the strap and wheel... Luckily there were no marks on the finish after two 8 hour trips and two 3 hour trips.

I had the same question before I went up to Wilmington. Up front, I ended up using the slots in the chassis and crossed the straps. On the rear I went through the wheel -- this didn't seem ideal. Two friends with tons of trailering experience assured me this was ok.
Other than the car being slightly wider than the trailer was truly designed for it's worked great. Had to trailer it with the street tires on it in order for it to fit.
