And for anyone debating between a helical (Quaife) vs. a clutch type lsd (OS Giken) for an autox build, let this be all the evidence you need to go clutch type. If you listen to the engine noise, you can hear my diff (Quaife) opening at various spots on course due to unloading the rear inside wheel.

I'll be replacing my Quaife with an OS Giken during the off season because it's become such an issue. :shakes head:

Thought I'd throw this up here also. After 2014 National ASP champ Bill Rogerson's STI broke saturday he took his sunday runs in my Z. Here's his fastest run.

What is the breakdown of what has been done to your car? I see many parts listed in your signature, just want clarification. Want to see what has been done to your car and compare it to what I am up to. Nice vids.

Luckily I was just filling out the Nissan contingency paperwork for Solo nationals so I had the complete list. Pm'ed you the list.

Not sure how far into your build you are but be warned it's not a cheap build process.

Car sounds wicked with the LTH's and non-resonated CBE. It reminds me of the older Mercury outboard engines of the 70's that were straight 6's.

Cool beans, I grew up in Toledo, used to go to MIS and Toledo Speedway way back in the Day. nice to see there is a regional event there!

More than just a regional event. This was a "national" event. 1 of 2 national events that we've put on this year. The autox scene in NW Ohio is very stong.
