One thing I do know, is that under your name, you see your status, and yours says base member.

You are correct, and I am sorry I didn't expand on my comment. As I understand, the Sponsor Classified are reserved for retailers/authorized dealers to post items for sale that are being sold new from a manufacturer. The "Parts for Sale" (Private Classifieds) are used for us members to post our items we are offering for purchase. You will likely get a better response in there since member typically will not be looking for a set of OEM wheels in the Sponsor Classifieds.
