You know... I'm always amazed at how many wheel/tire shops have no idea what hubcentric rings are used for.
They install the wheels without them and the customer doesnt realize until they drive off and the car starts shaking on the freeway!

Or shops that don't know how to balance... I'd like to give this place credit for hiding the weights behind the spokes, but damn that did not actually balance the wheel. Over 75 the car would vibrate like crazy. I had to get a new set of rear tires and a different place did not make any attempt to conceal the weights. Car drives like a dream. I will take ugly weight placement over vibrations any day.

I'll be putting these on next week and I'm trying to decide what lug nuts I should go with...

So far I'm leaning towards the Project Kics R40, in black and maybe adding one neo-chrome lock to each wheel...

When talking about the F14's, how much would these stick out?

Does anyone else have another recommendation?

I've looked at several lug nut threads on here and elsewhere and there's definitely many, many choices - which of course only makes the decision making process all the more difficult .

I'm currently thinking about what lugs would go good with a red wheel.

Side note there going on a 40th

Hey Jason is there no such thing as a TPMS sensor that has a black stem?

Yes we do actually!
We have full replacement metal valve stems in anodized black and gunmetal.
These are made to work with or aftermarket TPMS sensors, so I'm not sure if they'll work on OEM TPMS.

Heres a photo:

You wont be able to swap out the full valve stem without taking the TPMS out.
I wouldnt recommend it, but you should be able to swap the black caps (but not the valve part).
Just let all the air out of the tire and screw off the cap and screw the new one on. Just be careful the TPMS sensor doesnt fall into the wheel!

So, why wasn't I involved in the decision as to what color valve stem was going to be used on my $3500 setup? I was involved in every other aspect of my order but not this and as you can probably imagine, I'm not happy. These things are hideous! They stick out like a sore thumb and I can't believe you all would have used these when black ones were available, especially considering the black/carbon/silver Forgestar center cap, the black lugs I'm running, and the color of the wheel. Unbelievable.
