The TE37SL BE is a forged 1 piece wheel, and is available in this limited edition Pressed Black with Luminous sticker combo. These wheels conform to JWL R Spec 2. Center caps can NOT be fitted to this motorsports inspired wheel. Valve stems are included. ETA October/November 2012

is the very first picture discolored or is it supposed to be black like the rest?

Yeah, looks discolored for sure. I think it was just the light they used when taking the pics.

Would be nice if they made some in 19's.

Here is the reply from my Rays rep:
Regular TE37's no longer available in 19"

I can order TE37SL but sizing and offset is 19x9.5 +22 / 19x10.5 +22 or +12

For us to order SL in red is possible but have to order a batch of 20pcs per size spec.

Unfortunately those never came in 19" and were a limited edition and have since been discontinued.
