What's the difference between the S1R and S1 3P, other than the obvious one being 2 piece and the other 3. Is the weight any different? Which is generally cheaper? Which fits the 370z best?

The WORK Meister S1R is a two piece construction wheel, using low pressure cast center disk with a spun forged step rim barrel.
I would guess the 3 piece is all forged better. There is also S1 2P, which has tow forged pieces. |

I guess my main question is which is lighter? The S1R or S1 3P? The S1 2P does not come in 19 inch anymore.

If I had to guess based on the how the wheel is made the S1 3P would be lighter. Low pressure casting is always heavier.
The price difference of about $300 per wheel (S1 39 ~$1000 per wheel, S1R ~$700) would support my theory. |

Actually, on the contrary, 2 piece S1R are lighter.
3 Piece are heavier because of the rivets. Advantage is the 3 piece setup, wheels can be repair by ordering just barrels (lip or inside barrel) while the 2 piece setup are welded together.
